The Hulail project involved the execution of comprehensive interior fit-out and finishing works for multiple restaurant branches located across Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Al-Khobar, and Bahrain.
The project focused on delivering high-quality, fully operational restaurant spaces while maintaining brand consistency across all locations. All works were executed in compliance with restaurant operational standards, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
Scope of Work
- •Interior design coordination and execution in line with the Hulail brand concept
- •Demolition and preparation of existing spaces where required
- •Complete interior finishing works including walls, ceilings, flooring, and paint
- •Electrical works including power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems
- •HVAC systems supply and installation suitable for restaurant operations
- •Fire fighting and fire alarm systems in compliance with restaurant safety codes
- •Mechanical and plumbing works serving kitchen and service areas
- •Compliance with health and safety regulations and local authority requirements
- •Ventilation and exhaust systems standards for kitchen operations
- •Final inspection, testing, and handover of all branches
