Project Overview
The Popeyes project involved the execution of comprehensive interior fit-out and finishing works for multiple restaurant branches located across Riyadh, the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The project was delivered in full compliance with Popeyes brand standards, restaurant operational requirements, and local health and safety regulations, ensuring fully operational and ready-to-open restaurant environments.
Scope of Work
- •Interior design coordination and execution in line with Popeyes brand guidelines
- •Demolition and site preparation works as required
- •Complete interior finishing works including walls, ceilings, flooring, and paint
- •Electrical works including power, lighting, and low-current systems
- •HVAC systems supply and installation suitable for restaurant operations
- •Fire fighting and fire alarm systems installation
- •Mechanical and plumbing works serving kitchen and service areas
- •Compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene requirements
- •Ventilation and exhaust systems standards compliance
- •Coordination with authorities and operational requirements
- •Final testing, inspection, and handover of all branches
